Service Description
The birth prep intensive is designed to help you feel informed and confident about your upcoming birth. This session is ideal if you have specific questions about labor and want guidance from a doula and pelvic health physical therapist. During this session we will: ✔ Get clear answers to your biggest labor and birth questions ✔ Review your birth preferences or birth plan ✔ Understand what to expect during the stages of labor Perfect for parents who want targeted guidance without committing to a full coaching program.
Cancellation Policy
A small deposit is required to reserve your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. -A late cancellation is any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. -Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments. -The remaining balance will be due at the end of your session (cash, venmo, or zelle). ✨ Thank you for your understanding.
